Description: Two flowers and one bud on one terminal inflorescence, borne on an eight growth plant grown in a bark mix in a 17-cm round plastic pot; stiff leaves up to 27.0-cm in length and up to 7.0-cm in width narrowly lanceolate, sharply acute, base narrowly tapered, somewhat clasping base, longitudinally channeled along midvein many veined with longitudinal fan like fans, distichously arranged on 0.6-cm diameter by to 95.0-cm tall, cane like, stems, closely spaced; sepals and petals white, blushed light pink, strongly and asymmetrically recurved, petals less so; lip outstanding, wide, flat, and colorful, white blushed pink, irregularly spotted and blotched velvety dark purple, fimbriate and undulating marginally, seven narrow keels, white; substance firm; texture crystalline; floral bracts prominent, yellow-green; species from Ecuador; awarded as Sobralia rosea; confirmed by SITF (April 2018).
